Port San Luis Harbor District offers the following methods for making payments on your account:

Online - Credit and Debit Card Payments

Port San Luis Harbor District now offers the ability to make online credit card payments on your account. 

Please Note:  All Credit Card transactions will have a 2.25% service fee charge.

  • Guest Mooring Fee: $22.00 a day. Please include in the Comment field Number of Nights, Dates of Stay,  Name of the Vessel or CF Number.
  • If you Do Not have an Account #: Simply enter 'N/A' (Not Applicable) in that field.
  •  Comment Field: Please describe what your payment is for. e.g.: Special Event permit, Guest Mooring rental, your Account, and/or any other pertinent supporting information.

Mail - Check Payments

Make checks payable to Port San Luis Harbor District.  Be sure to include your Account Number which can be found on your statement or invoice.

Harbor Office - Credit Card, Check, or Cash Payments


You may make a credit/debit card, check, or cash payment in our Main Office, Monday – Friday,        

8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Office closed between 12:00 – 1:00 pm). 


You may make a credit card payment over the telephone by calling our Accounting Department at (805) 595-5430 or the Main Office at (805) 595-5400 ext. 0, Monday – Friday between 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

 

Please note that all credit and debit card transactions will incur a 2.25% service fee charge.
