Camping Regulations

We now have a Camp Host available! You may email the Camp Host or call them at 805-903-3395 with questions (daily between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.) Camp Hosts do not take reservations. Space is available on a first come, first served basis only.

The Harbor District reserves the right to relocate currently paid campers at its discretion, e.g. during emergencies, foul weather, camper requests, special events, etc.
  • RV Camping is first come, first served - NO SAVING SPOTS.
  • Relocation to another site should be coordinated through the Camp Hosts.
  • One RV per site. All RVs must pay camping fee.
  • No camping in parking lot - RVs in parking lot after 10 p.m. are subject to citation.
  • No tent camping. Self contained units only (black & grey holding tanks).Do not park, encroach or overhang onto asphalt road right-of-way.
  • Camping fees:
    • $67 per night - full hook-up sites @ Coastal Gateway and Babe Lane
    • $52 per night - dry camping @ Nobi Point and Woodyard (beach blufftops)
    • $42 per night - dry camping @ RV overflow area

  • Camp Hosts now take credit card payments - please contact the Camp Hosts between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at (805) 903-3395 to make payment.
  • Deposit fee (exact cash, check or credit card receipt) in pay envelope at pay station and display receipt clearly visible on windshield/window of unit.
  • Only RV/trailer and one additional vehicle are allowed per space.  Harbor District may request relocation of additional vehicles.
  • There is a 14 day maximum stay limit.
  • Dump station - available by appointment only.  $20. Call Camp Hosts at (805) 903-3395 (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily).
  • Leakage or discharge of any fluids is strictly prohibited.
  • No washing of RV or vehicles.
  • No hot tubs allowed.
  • No open fires - No barbeques, campfires, grills, heating or cooking devices, other than those fueled by propane or gas with active on/off controls, are permitted in any camping area of the District.
  • Dogs must be on a leash or in a contained area.
  • Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. - this includes generators.
  • Payment and registration is due within 10 minutes of arrival.  If extending your stay, payment & re-registration is due by 10 a.m.
  • Check out time is 12 noon (subject to citation).
  • Campsites must be occupied a minimum of one hour every 24 hours (subject to citation).
  • Please notify Camp Hosts if you change camping site.
*Be a good neighbor and assist your fellow RV campers by working together to ensure that camping space is used efficiently.

*Violation of regulations may result in citation and/or eviction.
